生平

生平與著作

Hans F. Sennholz 曾在馬爾堡大學（取得經濟學文憑）以及科隆大學（取得政治學博士學位）就讀。其後他移居美國，他在戰時曾被囚於該地，並在那裏進入 New York University 開始攻讀博士學位。Sennholz 是 Ludwig von Mises 在美國的第一位博士生。1955年畢業後，他於1956年至1992年間在賓夕法尼亞州的 Grove City College 擔任教授。1992年至1997年間，他出任 Foundation for Economic Education（FEE）主席。Sennholz 將 Mises 的許多著作從德文翻譯成英文。他透過出版著作、尤其是大量的演講，為 Austrians 在貨幣理論與貨幣政策上立場的早期傳播作出貢獻，並致力於在經濟學與美國新教知識分子圈子之間搭建橋樑。
